This probably struck home with many women. We sacrifice for our families. I know I need to take better care of myself but I rarely make myself a priority. When I do something out of the ordinary for myself, I feel guilty as if I've taken something away from my husband or children. I suppose there are two ways of looking when one is at the bottom of the totempole. Look down and see zilch or look up and see everyone that you support with your time, patience and love. This low girl on the totempole is contemplating her rise! :-)
